We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. If the product is damaged or defective, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags intact, and in the original packaging—items that are soiled, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back with shipping charges. Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–10 working days to your bank account, for which we require: Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name, and Branch Name; purchases made using a credit note are not eligible for refunds (exchange only). For size exchanges, email manufacturernishita@gmail.com with your order details and required size; we’ll respond within 24 working hours and arrange pickup where available—if pickup isn’t available for your pincode, you’ll need to ship the product back at your own cost and risk. Sale items are final and non-refundable/non-returnable, and are only eligible for exchange in case of size issues or damage.
